east texas wind blows
chunks of sky go flying by
bringing clouds and crows
NO WINGS BUT EYES GO
bringing clouds and crows
chunks of sky go flying by
east texas wind blows
east texas wind blows
chunks of sky go flying by
bringing clouds and crows
NO WINGS BUT EYES GO
bringing clouds and crows
chunks of sky go flying by
east texas wind blows
It was windy down here in Houston today, too. No good clouds, though. I love the East Texas piney woods.
I do too – all except for the pollen!
Ugh, the pollen. My white car is yellow-green. No point washing it until the pollen season is over, though. I just hope it’s soon, for the sake of my poor sinuses.
chunks of sky go flying by . . . I like that.
Hope you’re feeling better.
whew – getting there. Came on as sudden as the wind and maybe brought in by it. The yellow pollen is coating everything up here and it is still blowing.
I’ve been to east Texas and I know what you mean when you say “chunks of sky go flying by”. You have “captured the moment” with this poem. nice writing
I would imagine the wind where you are would kick east Texas butt any spring!
Super, super! A great visual.
Thanks for posting to the Naisaiku Challenge.
Enjoyed this!
